I’m Michelle, and I proudly run a Life-First Business... because I have to.
I'm a neurodivergent, low-energy caregiver of a high-support needs kiddo with limited childcare...
And for a long time, I tried to ignore those facts as I strived for the typical picture of "success". But I quickly reached a breaking point. And had to tear down said "successful" business because I literally couldn't keep it going.
I’d poured so much heart, effort and energy into that version of my business... But my life, my brain and my body just couldn't keep up.
So I intentionally rebuilt my current business, ruthlessly considering how every piece fits ME - the human actually doing the work.
It's been hugely rewarding to see it click into place, and actually become more successful than my previous business - and FAR more sustainable and enjoyable too!
