It can if you’re open to redesigning your services to allow for more white space and less client input. I know that isn’t for everyone so if you thrive on a super high-touch, high-touch-point service style then you’ll probably want to keep some intentional deadlines (I share some suggestions on how to do this at the end of the workshop).
